Banks must project the image of strength, the first impression of safety and security, the appearance of being impenetrable.
At the Covenant Bank job, they are covering up the real strength - the steel structure - with superficial brick and cast stone.
Just look at those massive stone columns! The columns are the first thing people will notice on this building (see what it will look like here).
