The list of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World was originally compiled around the second century BC, and include: Great Pyramid of Giza, Hanging Gardens of Babylon, Temple of Artemis, Statue of Zeus at Olympia, Mausoleum of Maussollos, Colossus of Rhodes and the Lighthouse of Alexandria, read about them here.

WOW, I have actually seen 3, but I have not been in or on any of them...

I've often wondered about this. Why seven and why didn't I know so many of them. I guess it was high time for a new list. So these must be the man made ones. I've seen the Statue of Liberty and the Eiffel Tower, but I really want to see Stonehedge and Easter Island. I have been to Newgrange in Ireland. It was unforgettable!
