Ocean City is all about crabs. Crab restaurants, crab cakes, crab bites, crabby t-shirts, crabby shot glasses, crabby signs, steamed crabs, soft shell crabs, hard shell crabs, crab sub sandwiches...

Specifically, the blue crab is king here. Harvested from the Chesapeake Bay, the blue crab is the official crustacean of Maryland.
