slow down

It is hard to go back to work
after a long holiday weekend,
so just take it slow.

No rush today,
one thing at a time,
multitasking is overrated.

Slow down, you move too fast.
You got to make the morning last.


I've come to watch your flowers growin'.

I'm dappled and drowsy and ready to sleep.
