Like mother, like daughter - Madison wanted to donate her long locks for the benefit of cancer patients just like Melissa did last year.
As I said last year, Melissa is a good mother and set a good example.
So instead filling up the dust pan and into the trash, this long hunk of blonde former pony-tail will end up hopefully giving a cancer patient one less thing to worry about - a boost in self image is sometimes as good as medicine.
So now Madison is all set to start school and run cross country again. Great job, Madi!
