summer sights

Queen Anne's Lace
day lily
hosta blooms
worker bee
campground alarm clock
fuzzy wuzzy

The July roadsides are decorated with the royalty of weeds, Queen Anne's lace, and orange daylilies. The hostas stop being just green with a burst of purple flowers. The birds and bees are busy on their appointed tasks, and the littlest fuzzy worms just try to get from one place to another without being squashed.

Unbelievable, I took nearly identical pics today here in Knox Co. I didn't post them all but I did post a few. Around here we call Queen Anne's Lace, "Chigger Weeds."
