something to think about...

You might be staying too long in the campground if…

The flower bulbs you planted last fall are coming up

There is a wooden deck built onto your camper

You have a shed to store all your stuff - bikes, grill, lawn chairs, hammock

You have a row of LP gas tanks chained to your bumper

Your campfire wood is delivered by truck

Your cable TV bill is mailed to your campsite

Living the campground life for a couple of months now.

Camping used to mean getting back to nature, but this time it is the opposite. We moved from living in the woods to living in an urban area, imagine that - living in town! Just a couple of miles from grocery stores, movie theatres, restaurants, and even Wal-Mart! In the middle of the night we can hear the sounds of planes, trains, and automobiles.

From the looks of some of these campers, they have been here quite a long time, possibly fulltime residents?

Is this where we are heading, is this what we are aspiring to, downsizing and living in a camper during our last days?

Just think, the kids wouldn't have so much junk to go through, just an old worn out camper that could be hauled off to the junkyard, something to think about...

With these changes in latitudes, changes in attitudes
Nothing remains quite the same
With all of my running and all of my cunning
If I couldn't laugh I just would go insane
If we couldn't laugh we just would go insane
If we weren't all crazy we would go insane
