curiosity

Popping up all over,
about 4" tall,
in the pine bark mulch,
wonder what they are?

I don't know what this little flower is but whatever it is, it's a bonus for your garden. It's beautiful.

We had this little plant growing in our woods, but I don't know what it is. I wanted to call it mint tea when I first saw it here, but I will have to look it up first. It has little white berries on it.

I didn't mean mint tea but "wintergreen."
I believe it's called wintergreen.

I'm clueless as well, Susan. If it is wintergreen, the berries well get bright red, I think, and when you crush one, you'll smell that old familiar wintergreen smell. I used to pick them in WI's northern woods as a child, we chewed them for the flavor. Not sure if that is recommended or not, probably not unless you are sure what it is..*VBS*
