the word's out

The daffodils must have put the word out, cause look who just arrived. The pink tree and pansies are at a local shopping center, the yellowbells and crocus are in my yard!

Nice blooms. Seems nothing is blooming for me but I get to drive down the street and see all kinds of flowers coming out.

You are so lucky to see flowers & trees beginning to bloom...I wish I were there.

We had ice yesterday and a wet gloomy grey day today...not very warm either. We aren't too far behind you...so I know the flowers & greenery are soon to follow. Thanks for sharing.

beautiful, beautiful...and we have snow piles and slushy stuff, but the days are getting longer and the icicles drip, drip, drip...

What a sight for sore eyes! Your yellowbells look like our forsythia! Are they just two names for the same beautiful bush? And I see you use the same "passive mulching system" we do -- dead leaves in the crocus garden. :-) This was a nice collage of spring photos. It wasn't a hard winter, yet I find these spring flowers are more welcome than ever this year. Maybe it's looking at all the Australian photoblogs over our winter, and sighing over their colors for six months -- Now we have some of our own! Yay!
