they're almost here...



Better start making the sugar water and get out the hummingbird feeders, they are on their way. First sighting in Georgia yesterday.

Ours don't get here until the middle of April. But, mine are certainly ready. Don't you just love them?

We don't have any humming birds around us but my grandmother used to put feeders out and just loved to sit by the window and watch the birds.

What an interesting site. I looked back to 2001 and it seems like mid-May is the earliest in my area.

Our humingbird arrive on April 15th tax deadline time...that's how I remember.
We have the same humingbird as you have pictured. They are so pretty to watch.

Motherkitty has humingbird nests in her yard and lots & lots of humingbirds.

Lucky you!! We have to wait until May. I'm so anxious to see the little hummers again. They have so much personality! I guess we all love hummers :)

Luckies! It'll be awhile more before the hummers are up here. We wait until May.
