SPSU first year student project:
Pumpkin Launch Extravaganza
- to be launched at the Hallowed Grounds of the Soaring Squash, Thursday October
24, 2013.
The college team designed the launcher, made a list of materials and came to the family junkyard collection of all things construction related to gather supplies, learn from Buddy, use the workshop tools, build the project, and try out the finished product.
A quick weekend trip home for us to help the team from SPSU try to
make a pumpkin launcher. Lots of work going on, 2 days worth, but late Sunday
afternoon we had a flying pumpkin! Woohoo!
