little tourists

I filled the ant-feeders this weekend, I mean the hummingbird feeders. According to the hummingbird map, the little tourists should be here this week!

Since I've been actively perusing seed catalogs, I've come across several flowers they enjoy. Some are vines, some are just tall flowers. I'm looking forward to feeding them this summer.

It seems, if I remeber correctly, in north Georgia, a good time to put out your hummingbird feeders is when the crepe Myrtles bloom, which is usually the first week of July.
Of course I could be wrong, which I am a lots.
