Goombay Fest, Petronia Street, Oct 21-22

The kickoff of the week-long Fantasy Fest, this street festival was held Friday and Saturday. Billed as arts and crafts and music, there was mostly FOOD! And not your usual festival food - no funnel cakes or cotton candy or caramel apples - lots of grilled meats and tropical drinks.

Also in the advertisement for this one: This is a family friendly event and NOT the time to be wearing body paint or showing too much skin. In other words, no nekkid Fantasy Fest folks here, please!
