I really miss a lot by not getting up to Virginia in the spring. I never get to see these blooms. Thanks so much for bringing them to me!

Susan your photos are amazing! I just taught a class for preschoolers and we read in a book that the Texas Mountain Laurel takes 10 years to go from seed to flower. Keep up the lovely photos.

I bet you don't even need to venture *outside* to reap rewards at your place... the view into the woods must be so lovely, let alone what you can find outdoors.
