Our girls, Melissa and Carrie, stopped by Saturday on their way to Carrie's annual holiday office party. Over the years we have captured all the candid kid photos - the bathtub shots, at the beach, birthdays, vacations, etc. And of course the required ones - the ones where the kids get dressed up, Easter dresses, Christmas dresses, the 8th grade dance, the high school prom, etc. So Saturday was no different, hence the pose by the Christmas tree. Of course, even now it isn't that easy to get a picture of them - don't close your eyes, smile, stand still (!), no hitting, she did it!
And along with the job of documenting the kids at their different stages comes the bragging rites - I think they clean up real good!
