yard work
This colorful quilt top is done and on its way to the quilter! Sewing bright spring-colored fabrics is a good way to pass the dreary winter days. I have the binding all cut and ready to apply as soon as the quilting is done, hopefully in time for a surprise graduation gift in May.
Photo spot in the warm weekend sun beside the hardy yellowbells (forsythia) planted when we built the house 35 years ago, one of the two things I can grow (along with hostas!).
