run for your life


Carrie runs to feed the hungry and stay in shape, 6.2 miles on Saturday morning along the sidewalks of Atlanta. I tagged along for the ride, it was a nice day to be outside.

Carrie is into this fitness thing, drinks healthy shakes, eats healthy, exercises, runs.  She is a fitness coach and encourages others to get in shape and eat right.  

What happened to that little girl that I had to drag out of bed and bribe with a trip to Dunkin Donuts to get ready for school? Hmm, now that I see that in print maybe I gave her some bad habits? Oh well, she overcame them apparently and now is running for her life!
