all I want for Christmas

Remember when Christmas morning meant opening up toys to play with? What happened to that? The 'kids' in our family from age 18 to 36, and you should see some of their wish lists:

Car radio, notebook paper, gas gift card
Grocery gift card, brakes for a 1997 Buick le Sabre
 Work shoes, windshield wipers, brakes
 Work clothes, gas card
 A new vacuum
 Stuff for my man cave

Then upon further request, one sent a very specific Amazon wish list:
Raspberry Pi 2 Model B Project Board - 1 GB RAM - 900 MHz Quad-Core CPU And OSOYOO 3.5" TFT LCD 480x320 RGB Pixels Touch Screen Display Monitor for Raspberry Pi for Model B & B+

Good grief, I don't even know what that stuff is even after seeing the attached pictures! I imagine that is someone's idea of toys for Christmas, but not this granma's.

So I decided to get them toys, real toys, old fashioned toys that require no batteries, have no display monitors and may be actually fun. We'll see. They probably wish they had the $10 I spent on them, but too bad J
