eco project
Still enjoying the free planter at the edge of the driveway.
I guess we could look at this as a giant eco project, the 3 Rs at work - reduce, reuse, recycle. The wind reduced the big tree, the tree company reduced it some more, the wood was reused to heat the house, and the stump recycled into a free planter.
Well I guess it was not exactly free, after paying the tree company to remove the tree and save the house... but resulting in lots of good firewood in exchange, so maybe we came out even... and a free planter.
