it has begun
Like the pilgrimage to mecca, the flatlanders have started their trek to the mountains. Each little town along the way has a festival to attend celebrating local goods, crafts, and crops - from marble to apples to sorghum, the tourists can spend the day, the weekend, or the week (and their money) here in the mountains. In addition to the festivals, of course is the added attraction of the cool weather and the changing of the leaves. But if they are trying to get away from people or traffic, no luck, because they are ALL here!
