Buddy's sister, Sue, and her husband Alan got married on this date in 1969. Another Christmas wedding in this family, but before my time, so I can't tell you any details. Sue and Alan are neighbors of ours, just up the road. When Buddy's dad told all us kids to pick out a house-site on his mountain property, he didn't have to say it twice. So we are all neighbors! It works out well that way, whether it be feeding each other's pets when someone is out of town, borrowing stuff, or just visiting.
Sue and Alan have two great daughters, Jenny and Heidi. Jenny is married to Tracy (a great son and great help to them), and their three grandsons are the joys in their hearts and lives. Sue and Alan are both former school teachers, smart, talented folks, owners of their own business - making and selling educational games Muggins. Jenny works in the family business and Heidi is attending seminary school.
I didn't have any sisters growing up, and always wanted one, now I have several! Thanks, Sue, for being a great sister, neighbor, friend.
